Refund policy
We want you to love your skin. If you’re not seeing the results you expected after 60 days of consistent use, we’ll make it right. To qualify, you must submit “Before” and “After” photos showing your skin at the start and end of the 60-day period. Refund requests without photo documentation will not be processed.
For a full refund of the product price, unopened containers must be returned to our facility at the customer’s expense. Opened containers are not eligible for return.
The Seamless Alternative: To avoid the cost and hassle of international return shipping, customers may opt for an Immediate 50% Refund or 100% Store Credit, which does not require a physical return.
Please note: the trial covers results from consistent use -- not a change of preference, a missed routine, or a product that was only partially used.
Order Changes and Cancellations
No Duplicate Orders: If you made a mistake during checkout (address, item selection, or payment method), do not place a new order. Instead, contact our support team within the 1-hour window to edit your existing order. We do not honor requests to cancel “wrong” orders because a second “correct” order was placed.
Once the 1-hour window has passed, your order is locked and moves into fulfillment. We encourage you to receive the package and try the product -- that’s the best way to put the 60-Day Trial to work.
The replacement is a goodwill choice from our side and is non-refundable if not received.
Damage
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. All verified transit damage claims will be settled with a replacement of the affected items.
